外部的刺激对于患者来说无疑是加重汗疱疹的关键因素。
特别应避免外界各种刺激因素如搔抓、热水烫洗、洗澡时间过长、肥皂擦洗等。
饮食方面，尽量少吃或不吃易过敏与刺激性食物，如海鲜、咖啡、辣椒、酒等。
如果是敏感者应减少或避免接触环境中的尘土、尘螨、花粉、宠物皮毛等常见的过敏源。
