Outdoor sports help people keep healthy and happy. Taking part in outdoor sports is the best way to keep fit. Of all the sports, I like football best. Though I can't play it very well, I still like it because through playing football I will be strong in health and character. In addition, through playing football I can learn to be responsible and cooperative. In short, playing football builds your character and teamwork besides keeping fit.
